Student Services

Welcome to the Moreland School District Student Services Department where staff members collaborate with families in the areas of Health and Nursing, Special Education, and Social Emotional Wellness. Our District staff offers guidance and technical assistance to schools in order to support academic achievement by providing academic, mental health, and student/family health and wellness supports. Students who may need additional assistance in these areas may be served with resources available at the school sites.

For students referred to Special Education, our highly qualified special education staff conducts assessments and provides a wide variety of special education services based on each child's identified need and goals. We are a member of the Santa Clara County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA III) which provides additional support, including services for infants and toddlers. SELPA III maintains a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) to provide support and information to parents.
