Each applicant must have a completed "Request for Live Scan Service" form and a valid picture ID at the time of fingerprinting. Expired identification cards will not be accepted. See below for a list of acceptable forms of ID.
Processing Fees
$25.00 LiveScan Service Fee: roll fingerprint image and transmit
$32.00 California Department of Justice (DOJ) Fee: processing fee required by DOJ
$17.00 FBI: processing fee required by FBI
* other fees may also be required (i.e., license fees)
Methods of Payment
- Purchase order from a partner school district: districts may submit a purchase order for all fingerprint charges. Districts are invoiced monthly for services.
- Check: Please make checks payable to Moreland School District.
- Cash: Exact cash only, please.
- We cannot accept debit or credit cards, at this time.
