M.O.R.E. stands for Moreland’s Opportunities for Recreation and Enrichment and we are excited to launch this new program this year! Under our M.O.R.E Program, Moreland School District offers before and after-school child care, after-school enrichment classes, intersession camps, and summer programs at some and/or all school sites. Programs operate throughout the school year.
The California Legislature has approved ongoing funding for the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). In conjunction with the After School Education and Safety (ASES) Program, the Moreland School District is able to provide free programs for students who meet specific criteria including English Language Learners, Socio-economically disadvantaged, and Foster youth through our Moreland Opportunities for Recreation and Enrichment Program (M.O.R.E).
Please take a moment to fill out our interest survey. If you have more than one child in the district, please complete a form for each additional child. Completing the form indicates that you are interested in receiving more information about the district's programs but does not obligate or guarantee your student's placement in a program. Paper forms are also available at your school office. If you need assistance in completing this form, email us at [email protected].
