Intradistrict Transfer Requests apply to students who are currently attending school within the Moreland School District and are requesting a transfer to another school within district boundaries.
This request allows a parent/guardian to apply for their student to attend a school other than their assigned school of residence.
Intradistrict Transfer Requests are available only in March for the following school year. The form may be printed from the district website (posted every March) or picked up and submitted at the Enrollment Center.
Important:
- Students must be fully enrolled before a transfer request will be considered.
- If you have not yet registered your student, please begin the registration process at your child’s school of residence.
- Once registration is complete, you may request the transfer form.
Please note that all transfers are subject to space and program availability at the requested school. Availability is determined by current and projected enrollment.
All applicants will be notified by mail whether their request has been approved, denied, or placed on a waitlist.
If the number of requests exceeds available space, a separate lottery process will be conducted.
