Stanford Children's Health Webinar
August 16, 2022
Moreland partnered with Stanford Children’s Health to answer questions about the status of COVID-19. This webinar was presented by Dr. Lee Sanders, Division Chief for General Pediatrics at Stanford Children’s Health and Co-Director for the Center for Policy, Outcomes and Prevention at the Stanford University School of Medicine, Sherri Sager, Senior Vice President and Chief Government Relations Officer at Stanford Children’s Health, and Superintendent Dr. Clover Codd.
We are so grateful to have this partnership with these incredible healthcare professionals and community partners. Over the past two years, they have been with us, educating our community through webinars, providing free Covid-19 testing to our families and students through their Teen Van, as well as access to free vaccination clinics for our students and community multiple times since the pandemic began.
You can view the recorded webinar here.

Dear Moreland Community,
Late last week, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released new guidance for schools related to COVID-19. This updated information affirms that by continuing to implement simple mitigation strategies, we will continue to keep students, staff, and our Moreland community safe. You can view our COVID-19 Safety Mitigation Plan here. As an added layer of communication, we will continue to update our COVID-19 Dashboard for this school year.
If you have further questions about the status of COVID, Moreland is partnering with Stanford Children’s Health once again to bring a webinar answering any questions you may have. Save the date and join us on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, from 6-7pm. You can find the zoom link and ask questions ahead of time here.
Thank you for your continued grace and support as we navigate the changing landscape of this endemic. It is with your partnership that we can ensure our staff and students have a safe and remarkable school year.
