ParentSquare for Moreland FamiliesMoreland uses ParentSquare to send families information related to their child's school. Messages are primarily email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using the email address and phone number on record with the school. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences for when and how they are notified.
Here's what you can do with ParentSquare:
- Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification.
- Choose to receive information instantly or as a daily digest at 6 p.m. Learn how
- Communicate in your preferred language.
- Direct message teachers and staff.
Not receiving ParentSquare messages from the school?
- Check that the email address on your account page is accurate and updated in the school's database.
- Add donotreply*@parentsquare.com (mailto:donotreply*@parentsquare.com) to your safe sender or contacts list
- Marking ParentSquare emails as Not Spam
- Ensure there are no filters diverting ParentSquare emails to other folders
